Stone Age Newspapers

Class 3 have been reading the story ‘The Stone Age Boy’. The children have had lots of fun reading this story. They first acted as newspaper reporters working in partners pretending to be the Stone Age boy or a newspaper reporter. Then they wrote their own newspaper report. The children wrote their newspapers about: a boy being missing, a boy falling down a hole and a boy thinking he had travelled to the Stone Age. The children then used teabags to stain their newspapers to make the newspapers look old and have displayed them in the classroom.
