In class 2 we made ice cream for our enterprise education topic and sold the ice cream at the Christmas fair. We made vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream as well as lemon sorbet. We also discussed how ice cream is a treat to be enjoyed on special occasions as part of a balanced diet. We managed to make £65.
