Plants

This week, as part of their Plants topic, Class 3 named the different parts of a flower and learned about their role in pollination and fertilisation with our trainee teacher, Miss Racher. The children worked in groups to label and dissect parts of the flower. The children thoroughly enjoyed the session and were amazed at how many parts there is to a flower and the role of pollination and fertilisation.
