KS2 children visited Preston Park near Yarm for an amazing visit around the museum and grounds. First, Class 4 had a discussion about the Anglo Saxons and took part in some activities including making a thumb pot out of clay. After lunch, there was time to look around the Victorian street, see the Police Station and the violin maker. Then there was an amazing boat trip along the River Tees where children saw wildlife and the countryside.
