We celebrated all things Spanish during a special focus week in our autumn term. The children got dressed up in Spanish clothes, decorated some flags, had Spanish lessons with our Spanish teacher and learned all about the customs and traditions of the people living in Spain. The highlight of the week for the children was making a traditional Spanish Paella. The children showed lots of good team work to prepare and cook the ingredients. When it was finished cooking we shared our Paella during snack time. All the children had a taste and decided the Chorizo was very spicy. We ate two full dishes of Paella.
