The children in EYFS were so excited about celebrating World Book Day. We love to read in EYFS and that was evident with the range of books the children brought in. We sat in groups and shared our lovely books with the children in the class and a few of the children even read their stories aloud to the class.
After this the children listened to the story of Aliens Love Underpants. The children had lots of fun designing a book cover for the story and then there was lots of giggling when they had to decorate a new pair of pants for teacher to wear. We made lots of different patterns and designs.
